Meeting Kris has been pivotal on my journey to weight loss and general
better mental health and self care. I could never find the mental
'switch' in my head that made me care about how I looked or my weight.
She’s given me the tools to make this more of a life style than just
dieting and fad behaviour. I found Kris to be very kind and a good
listener. She  really takes on board what you say and helps you
understand yourself better and what are your driving forces. Her
sessions are focused on you and your specific needs and outcomes and
not a ‘one size fits all’ approach. I found I could be honest and open
with her and her responses were measured and gently challenging,
really making you think about what you really wanted and how you were
going to get there in a non-confrontational, derogatory or dismissive
way. She then used this information in her hypnotherapy sessions. I
think because they were so specific to me, I found it very effective.
I would like to thank Kris as it’s the first time in 20 years that I
have actually managed to lose any weight and feel confident about who
I am as a person both physically and mentally.
