It is my pleasure to offer clients The Virtual Gastric Band. Her local GP surgery is offering this therapy in a bid to reduce obesity. The programme includes 4, 1-1 therapy sessions and a supporting CD. Hypno-birthing - How hypnosis can assist during pregnancy and labour

Pregnancy and labour can be worrying times. For a first-time mum it can be due to fear of the unknown and to a woman with a subsequent pregnancy, it can be fear of the known! A bleed in the brain is frequently triggered by a burst aneurysm, which is actually a pouch that is filled with blood on the wall of an artery, where greatest stress occurs. Many never rupture, however, if they do it becomes a medical emergency.
